FOAM HAT INSERT
The 1/8" Foam Protective Hat Insert is our lightest, thinnest hat insert that offers a light layer of protection against minor bumps and bruises. This particular insert works well for fitted and more snug fitting caps and hats. Depending on the hat style you may need to go up a hat size to accommodate our hat inserts.
The 1/4" Protective Hat Insert offers a hearty 1/4" layer of high quality, high density, shock-absorbing foam to help combat against minor bumps and bruises. It is twice the thickness of the 1/8" hat insert. You will most likely need to go up a hat size or two to accommodate for the size of the insert.
FOAM + HARD SHELL HAT INSERT
The 1/4" Foam + Hard Shell Hat Insert offers an extra thick 1/4" layer of high quality, high density foam plus an added tough, flexible hard shell layer. It is the most protective of the the models available. You will most likely need to go up a hat size or two to accommodate for the size of the insert.

These inserts works well in the trucker style or roomier caps and hats. Depending on the hat style you may need to go up a hat size to accommodate our hat inserts. All of the inserts are able to be trimmed to fit smaller sized heads.
The inserts offer comfort , ventilation and versatility to provide light protection against minor bumps, bruises, cuts and abrasions. All of our inserts come with 47 ventilation holes for maximum breathability.
